I Am Accepted
I am God’s child. But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God.
John 1:12
I am Christ’s friend. I no longer call you slaves, because a master doesn’t confide in his slaves. Now you are my friends, since I have told you everything the Father told me.
John 15:15
I have been made right with God. Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us.
Romans 5:1
I have been bought with a price. Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.
1 Corinthians 6:19–20
I am a member of Christ’s body. All of you together are Christ’s body, and each of you is a part of it.

I have direct access to God. Now all of us can come to the Father through the same Holy Spirit because of what Christ has done for us.

Colossians 2:10
I Am Safe
I am free from condemnation. So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death.
Romans 8:1–2
I know God is working for my good. And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
Romans 8:28
I cannot be separated from God. And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 8:38–39
I know God is working in me. And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.
Philippians 1:6
I am a citizen of heaven. But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior.
Philippians 3:20
I have power, love, and self-control. For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.
2 Timothy 1:7
The evil one can’t touch me. I am born of God and the evil one cannot touch me. We know that God’s children do not make a practice of sinning, for God’s Son holds them securely, and the evil one cannot touch them.
1 John 5:18
I Am Important
I am the salt and light of the earth. You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless. You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden.
Matthew 5:13–14
I am a branch of the true vine. I am the true grapevine, and my Father is the gardener… Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.
John 15:1, 5
I have been chosen to bear fruit. You didn’t choose me. I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce lasting fruit, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using my name.
John 15:16
I am a personal witness of Christ. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
Acts 1:8
I am the temple of God’s Spirit. Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you?
1 Corinthians 3:16
I am God’s workmanship. For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
