God’s Kingdom Is Unshakeable

Have you ever walked through a season in life where it felt like everything was changing? Maybe your relationships shifted, or your finances took an unexpected turn, and it seemed like everything was shaken. 

In those moments, when life feels uncertain, it’s comforting to know there’s something we can stand on that will never change: the Kingdom of God. 

In Sunday's message, Pastor Todd reminded us that God’s Kingdom is an unshakeable kingdom (Hebrews 12:28). Our circumstances may change, but God’s sovereignty remains steady. His truth doesn’t change with the world around us, His promises remain true no matter what we face.

And experiencing God’s Kingdom on Earth invites us to examine who’s really in control. When Jesus taught the disciples to pray, “Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven,” He was inviting them to surrender their lives to God’s will. It’s one thing to ask God to change your circumstances; it’s another to trust Him enough to surrender to His will. 

Surrender doesn’t mean you’ll never struggle or have questions for God. It means you can keep trusting Him even when you don’t understand what He’s doing. His Kingdom is steady, His character is faithful, and His plan is greater than what we can see in the moment.

Today, take a moment to reflect.

• What circumstances have been shaking my peace or security lately?
• What would it look like to trust in God's unshakeable Kingdom in the middle of those circumstances?

Prayer Practice: Thank the Lord for His unshakeable Kingdom, even when your circumstances feel uncertain. Ask Him to help you build your life on His truth, trust His rule and reign, and experience His peace in the areas where you feel shaken.
