A year-round opportunity designed to equip and develop students for future ministry leadership through hands-on experience, intentional mentorship, and a supportive team environment.

ABout the program
College interns are equipped with practical ministry skills and leadership experience that will prepare you to serve with confidence and purpose wherever God leads. You will grow personally, professionally, and spiritually while learning from experienced leaders.
Requirements
Completed at least Sophomore year (60 credit hours)
Full-time college enrollment with 3.0 GPA
Available for flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Believe in a vocational call of ministry on their lives

Key Program Details

Applicants must be current college students with at least 60 credit hours completed and a minimum 3.0 GPA. No specific major is required—we value your skills, interests, and curiosity just as much as your field of study. Candidates should be available for the full duration of the semester-based program, demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow in ministry, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. This is a paid internship with an hourly wage, and housing is provided on a needs-basis only. Students are encouraged to select their internship with respect to their major(s) and career/ministry goals.

Part-Time · 25 hrs/week

Designed to work alongside your full-time college schedule, giving you the flexibility to balance academics and ministry.

Yes, you must be enrolled as a full-time college student and have at least 60 credit hours completed along with a 3.0 GPA. 

Yes, our interns receive an hourly wage.

We want you to get hands-on training in the area God is calling you to! We have internships available, in Kids, Students, Young Adults, Production, Worship, Missions, Freedom and Care, Groups, Connections, Communications/Marketing, Films, and Graphic Design.

 Limited housing available and will be provided on an as needed basis.

Once you have completed the online application, you will then have the following steps: video interview, phone interview with Intern Pastor, zoom interview with ministry leader in your ministry area and an in-person recruit event.

Absolutely! You are able to reapply for any internship in the future as long as you still meet the requirements.

No, each Intern is allowed one week of vacation each semester during their time here with us. This must be approved by your supervisor and the Intern Pastor.

No, you will be responsible for any costs associated with getting here or returning to your current location. You are also responsible for transportation to and from work each day scheduled.
