There are hundreds of voices that can influence our decisions. But to make the right choice, you have to hear the most important voice. It’s not whether God is speaking, it’s whether or not you’re listening.
In this 6 session group study, we talk about mental health in church—because it’s time to take control of our thoughts and stop letting the enemy play games with our minds. Through excerpts of Sunday messages, small group discussions, and other helpful resources, we learn how to recognize and overcome these struggles so we can move forward and follow the direction God has for our lives.
This Group Study, adapted from a Christ Fellowship sermon series by Pastors Todd and Julie Mullins, includes 6 video clips to view on your own or as a group and a discussion guide.
Each session will include:
- Connect- opening questions/activities to start your discussion
- Watch- notes to go along with the teaching video, including each of the scripture passages mentioned in the teaching
- Discuss- questions to explore what you learned and share that with the group
- Apply- what are your next steps, how to take your learning to the next level
- Pray- closing thoughts to end your group time, praying for each other.
