How often will new classes begin?

Our semester-based approach allows us to launch new cadres each Fall. This also allows us to recruit and onboard new students throughout the year.

How much is tuition for Leadership College?

Tuition for Leadership College is $2,500 and includes all class materials, books, and workshops. A $25 nonrefundable application fee is required when you apply. Upon acceptance, a $250 enrollment deposit is required to reserve your place in the program. Students who pay their tuition in full receive a $250 discount. When will I hear from someone after submitting the “Application”?

During the active application season, applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Responses on acceptance can be expected in a 3 - 4 week timeframe. If we need any additional information or would like to discuss any part of your application, a member of our team will contact you.

Can you explain the purpose and process for cadres?

One of the definitions of the word “cadre” is “a small, unified group with a shared purpose.” Cadres are known primarily for two things: 1) their high level of skill and 2) their loyalty to one another. As a student in LC, you will be assigned to a cadre and will journey together through the ten months as a group, being led by a Christ Fellowship Cadre Leader. Because your fit in the cadre is such an integral part of your overall CFLC Experience, we want to make sure you are set up for success and find the best fit and timing for you and the other members of your cadre. Typically, cadres will be formed around shared experiences; however, we also strive to bring variety, diversity, and balance to the cadres.
