• Why do you think so many people are drawn to spiritual practices like astrology, tarot cards, or crystals? What do you think people are really looking for?
• Ephesians 6:12 says, “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” Recent studies reveal that 40% of Christians don’t believe the devil is real. Why do you think this is a dangerous belief, given the reality of Ephesians 6:12? 
• What’s the difference between being “spiritual” and following Jesus? 
  • Why do you think the idea of spirituality is more accepted in today’s culture than faith in Jesus?

PRAYER

Father, we’re sorry for all the times we’ve turned to lesser things when we should have turned to you. We repent and renounce every work of darkness in our lives. Holy Spirit, give us wisdom to discern your truth and spot the enemy’s lies. Protect us and give us a deep conviction to pursue only what is holy. Amen.
