My Shepherd Declaration
God is my shepherd. I know Him and He knows me. I hear His voice and follow His lead. Because His Spirit of truth guides me, I will not lean on my own understanding. I trust God’s direction and promptings. God has a hope-filled future and plan for my life. His Word illuminates my path and speaks to my heart. God has His loving eye on me, He instructs me and teaches me the way I should go. Whether I turn to the right or the left, I will hear God’s voice saying, “This is the way; walk in it.” When I lack wisdom, I go to God because He pours it out generously. God restores my soul and leads me on paths of righteousness. Even though I plan my course, the Lord establishes my steps. Since He is my rock and my shepherd, I let Him lead and guide my life.
